6/5/2023 0 Comments Superior drummer 3 vst3Problem solved!Īnyway, I wanted to post all of this because this was a relatively complicated situation that I am guessing most people will not come across, but I did, and there wasn't a solution for it available online. ini file, then I uninstalled and re-installed EZD2. Once I got them all, I deleted EZdrummer from the Reaper. I have been digging through my machine trying to find and remove all of these old. Turns out, I had an old version of EZDrummer DFH installed from like 15 years ago. So I have been messing around with this idea. I had to remove all of the trial files, delete Mammoth from the Reaper VST. I contacted ToonTracks, hopefully they can help me out.ĮDIT: As I was about to post this, I remembered working with Aurora last year on their Mammoth plugin, and since I'd downloaded the trial before purchasing, Reaper got confused about which to use. Just seems to refuse to show up in the Reaper FX list. You cant blame Toontrack for wanting to improve the foundation of their product and getting with the times, blame sienna for lagging behind. The real problem you should have is with sienna for not supporting VST 3 yet. I tried uninstalling and re-installing EZD2. Moving to VST 3 is a very good and needed move, especially since Steinberg will no longer be supporting the legacy VST format. It does not show up in the failed to scan list. I can see ezdrummer.dll show up while its scanning. Added this path to the Reaper VST paths in the Preferences window. I used ToonTracks product manager to install and authorize everything. My EZdrummer.dll is located here: C:\Program Files\VSTPlugIns\Toontrack Old topic, but similar issues for me, and I am usually pretty tech savvy.
